Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the participant and Claudia Carter, Consultant of LUDICA.

Connecting 2 Children’s course conditions

• Half of the total price must be paid one week before the course. The other half must be paid by the last week of the course.

• If you decide to stop before the end of the course, you are still obligated to pay the full price.

• You can cancel your spot up to 14 working days before the start of your prepayment free of charge.

• If you cancel your spot within a week of the beginning of the course you won't be refunded.

• If you are not available to participate in one of the sessions, there will be no refund for the missed session.

• To care for the balance and harmony in the group, it is the responsibility of each participant to inform Claudia Carter about your mental health status (stress, depression, other).

• Confidentiality is important during the sessions. The information and experiences shared during the sessions are meant to stay with the participants, for your own privacy and respect.

• Judgement is not allowed during the sessions. All the participants are more than welcome to share their experiences, but nobody has the right to judge someone for their way of handling their children.

Muv’Art conditions

• Muv’Art package must be paid at one time, and before the season start.

• If you miss one of the sessions, you will be able to join another session later in another season.

• One-time sessions must be reserved and paid one week before the activity.
